The pocket toolkit and exam companion of electrical apprentices in Ireland, born of 25 years on the tools. An app that works with no signal, calculators and toolbox talks included; exam packs encrypted and opened on the device by a licence checked in wasm; a Rust licence server; an Astro storefront.

The thread of a home or a team, and its journal. Each project is a ball of yarn that unwinds what matters now: what waits and why, what is under way, what falls due soon. An operations journal that converges offline, a Rust core shared with the browser in wasm, and a sentence, typed or spoken, that a small local model lays out as cards. Today it runs a home for two; open source is under consideration.

Every business runs on procedures: hiring, approving the accounts, opening a worksite. Paperasse becomes their copilot and their memory: it guides each step, fills the firm's own Word templates, gets them signed on the spot or remotely, and keeps for every file what was done, when and by whom. Small local models come next, to carry the routine. Cachet, a small black cat, keeps watch in a corner. On the bench, first beside an accounting firm.
